Lived transformation – clear, deep, connected.
I accompany people who have the courage to pause, to look inward, and to walk new paths. People who sense: there is more. More truth. More presence. More life.
With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, and personal transformation work, I bring a strong foundation and a clear, grounded attitude. I combine business acumen with psychological depth – systemically informed, relationally aware, and deeply transformational in approach.
My work integrates modern Western methods – such as systemic coaching, NLP, trauma-informed approaches, and Gestalt work – with Eastern wisdom traditions focused on consciousness, body intelligence, and embodied presence. The breath plays a central role: through targeted breathwork techniques, I support individuals in enhancing focus, releasing emotional tension, and cultivating resilience on a deep, somatic level.
I don’t believe in standard solutions.
Every process is as unique as the human being sitting across from me. I listen. I hold space. And I challenge – gently and clearly – when needed.
Because real change doesn’t happen in the mind alone. It arises through embodied experience – through reconnecting with what is already within.
At the heart of every team and organization is our shared humanity.
Real development begins where communication becomes honest, where tension is not bypassed but used as fuel for learning, and where leadership creates space for connection, clarity, and shared responsibility.
In my work with teams, leaders, and organizations, I draw on years of experience in strategic development, paired with systemic and depth psychological perspectives. I don’t position myself as an external “fixer,” but as a catalyst and sparring partner – with the aim of strengthening self-leadership, communication culture, and collective intelligence within the system.
I consciously design integrative formats that allow for both structure and depth:
Strategy workshops, team development processes, systemic constellations, embodiment practices, and reflective spaces – all held in a spirit that doesn’t seek to optimize people, but to empower them to show up fully and cooperate authentically.
Because teams don’t thrive through tools alone – but through presence, trust, and a shared sense of purpose that can truly be felt.
